Human Anatomy and Physiology
Year – 1.0 credit; Senior; Prerequisite: Biology I and Chemistry
This course is for SENIORS interested in a possible career in the medical field. This course is the study of the structure and function of the human body. Students will learn what the body is made up of and how these parts work. The eleven human body systems will be covered. This class is designed to prepare students for college, and a possible career in the medical profession, but the material will apply to everyday living. Labs will include numerous dissections of various organs and the anatomy of a cat.
