This season will mark Coach Morrow’s fourth year at Metamora and 13th year as a Varsity Head Coach. Prior to coming to Metamora, Coach Morrow coached at St. Teresa High School in Decatur and Central A&M High School in Moweaqua where she amassed a 166-93 record winning 5 Regional Titles, a Sectional Title, and a Super-Sectional Title. Her 2008 team place 3rd in the state with a record of 30-3. While at Central A&M, she also was the Head Volleyball and Track Coach winning 4 sectional titles in track while coaching 2 individual state champions. She also coached the volleyball team to their first regional title in ten years. At St. Teresa, she coached the boys track team for one season. Prior to becoming a high school coach for the Milikin University women’s basketball team that won the 2005 Division III National Championship.
Coach Morrow has a Bachelors in Physical Education from Milikin University, where she played basketball and ran track. She is currently a Physical Education teacher at Metamora High School. She has been married to her husband Quinn, for 13 years. Together they have 3 boys, Kai 11, Koi 8, and Kael 6. If you do not know them now, you will quickly become acquainted with them since they believe they own the gym. The Coach Morrow’s live in Metamora and their children attend Metamora Grade School.
