Comments: My wife Nancy and I had our first child, a baby boy, 28 Nov 2005! He tipped the scale at a whopping 6 lbs 13 oz and 19.5″ long. He’s already up to 8 lbs in less than 3 weeks! We named him Brandon Michael Crowe. He is very healthy, and doing very well. And yes, all of his organs work…our face found that out the day after he was born. 🙂
As for my wife and I… Nancy is still a full-time student at BUY-Hawaii going into her last year and will graduate in Dec 2006 with a degree in Accounting. Me, I’m finally finished with the Navy after 5 years as of 17 Jan 2006. I’m so excited about that! Life after, not really sure, just work somewhere close to where I live until my wife can graduate.
I’m still playing lots of basketball, and STILL trying to pursue a basketball scholarship somewhere, and pursue the dream of the NBA that just seems so impossible to accomplish. But it will all work out. The Lord truly blesses me with the talent to do so. I was already accepted to ICC for 2006, but I’m looking to go to Southern Illinois University to get a degree in Radiology or as a Physician Assistant in 2007. It’s time for me to hang up the apron, and try something new.
Other than that, life is great! Living in paradise is great. It’s always nice to check back from time to time to see how everyone is doing. I really hope to see all you sometime soon. COME TO HAWAII AND LET’S GO TO THE BEACH! Take care and God Bless MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Comments: Hey all… Wow, Metamora Township High School!!! I never thought that I would be back here. I am though!
I wanted to write and let everyone out there know that its up to you what you want to do with your life. Shortly after high school I went to ISU and determined that college and its ways just weren’t for me. College is definitely beneficial for many but not for me. I then went into business bouncing around here and there testing the waters in different business ventures and ended up without a pot to pee in. =) I learned a lot hitting rock bottom. I learned that I do not like it down there. I also learned that many live this way every day with no choice so my eyes are much more open knowing this.
In July of 2006, I moved to Chicago in hopes to get away from where I was and start a new life. I packed a U-Haul and left Peoria headed for something better. I had a little money in my pocket but not much. I landed in Chicago and quickly started filling out resumes and applications night and day. I only had enough money for 30 days worth of rent/gas/food so I needless to say had motivation. I actually landed an incredibly good career at a company called E. Solutions on July 10th of 2006 where I have been ever since. Today’s date is April 10, 2008. I’m a Systems Engineer for computer networking and could not be happier. I am no longer broke. =)
I just want to say do what you want to do. Do something good with your life. Don’t waste it. I love you all 2001, contact me. if you are ever near Chicago give me a call.
Also to Devon Johnson in 2003, I dated you for a year and half, will never forget it. You were awesome, I was an idiot!!! Congratulations on your engagement and marriage and I wish you the happiest life someone could have.
Mike Uzelac, Jeff Dudley, Michael Crowe… you fought hard in the war, love you guys. – Also all the rest of you, I just talk to these 3 the most. =)
Lacy Greer – You taught me a lot while we were together in high school as well, hope your life is going well.
Everyone else, I haven’t talked to you in so long I don’t have much to say, which means you should contact me. =)
Ta Ta for now…Daniel Lueders

|Comments: Hello, everyone! I heard about this website at the bachelorette party for one of our very own this weekend and just had to check it out. Living away from Metamora leaves me feeling kinda out of the loop, so it was wonderful hearing about all of the recent marriages, children and graduations. Congratulations! I recently graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in education. In August, I begin teaching and coaching middle school students up near the suburbs. I would love to catch up with everyone at our five year reunion. (Any plans yet, Holly?) Take care! 🙂|

Comments: Hi everyone! After high school, I began at ICC for 1 1/2 years when I realized that wasn’t what I really wanted to do. I went to cosmetology school and graduated in 04.
After dating my high school sweetheart, Travis DeWolfe for over five years, we married on Feb. 14, 2004. On April 15, 2006 we had a set of twin boys; Tyler Jaxon, God rest his soul, who was still born, and Travis “Travy” Raymond.
After spending 6 weeks in the hospital, our little boy finally came home for the first time! Travy was diagnosed as having a Chromosome 4Q partial deletion, causing him to be hearing impaired and blind. He also suffered a stroke during delivery causing him to have cerebral palsy. Through it all, he toughed it out and is still such a miracle to my husband and myself. He tries harder than anybody we’ve ever met and never could disappoint either of us! The doctors told us that he would never make it to his first birthday and in just a few months he will be three years old!
Travis currently works full time for OSF Hospital as a Field Services Coordinator. I haven’t been able to work for almost 3 years because of our son, and it is going to be even longer now since we have a little girl that should be making an appearance in just 10 more weeks. March 17, 2009 we will be having our daughter Marley Rose! We’re very excited for this change of pace, but know it will be very very busy!
I will be starting back to school later this year, after life settles down to finally finish with my nursing degree. Having a special needs child has taken me down a different path than I ever expected and I want to be able to help out other children just like my son! Take care and God Bless

Comments: Much in my life has changed since the wonderful days of High School. The story begins with college, I attended ICC followed by ISU, however I left ISU due to a move across country to a job I couldn’t refuse. I was offered a job as general office manager at the biggest reclaimed wood dealer in the country located in Blackfoot Idaho. Also throughout my years since high school I fell in love with Nikki Rhodes whom moved out to join me in Idaho immediately following our wedding.
August of 2004 I decided that I was missing home too much…family, friends, church…it all called out to me to return so I decided to start my own wood business. So my dad and I joined forces and now I am the CEO/President of Surewood Designs Inc. (www.surewooddesigns.com).
Other than this short synopsis of my time since graduation I have many hobbies I keep up with in whatever spare time I can find. I manage my church’s website (Faith Evangelical Free Church) among about 10 other websites including my business website. I still ride motorcycles as much as I can, and I still mod out cars (currently my Camaro). I take my lovely wife on dates as often as I can. I still practice my Marshal Arts. Furthermore if you thought I was a computer geek in High School I now average fixing about 2 computers a week. I still hang out with friends (Matt Schaidel, Ryan Graf, Tom Martin, and Jeff Moody mostly). That’s really about it of late…Other than I am thinking about taking up a part-time job in Law Enforcement, that is if I can make enough hours available each week, so that I can give a little back to the community that has given so much.
