This is my 11th year as a History and Civics/Comparative Studies teacher at MTHS. I graduated from here in 2003 and continued my education at I.C.C. and graduated from Bradley University with a degree in History Secondary Education. Within a few years of teaching, I started and completed my Master’s Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Olivet Nazarene University. I’ve been coaching football and baseball at MTHS since 2004. Some of my favorite topics in History are WW2 (D-Day Invasion) and Cold War (Cuban Missile Crisis). For Civics and Geography, I enjoy discussing culture and current events, as well as the Constitution.
My wife, Jordan and I have a year and a half child at home. Hudson is a healthy and happy baby boy.She also works with youth at the Children’s Hospital. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and taking family vacations.
