Freedom of Information

Under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5ILCS 140), records in possession of public agencies may be accessed by the public upon written request.  Learn more about the District’s public records, how to request records and fees for requesting information.

Copying fees, if any, must be paid before copies will be provided.  The Freedom of Information Officer can give an estimate of these fees.  Please submit all requests to the District’s Freedom of Information Officer at:
