Title IX

On August 14, 2020, the Education Department defined sexual harassment under Title IX. This change was made to better provide a prompt and just response to individuals who have suffered sexual harassment and to outline the appropriate course of action. MTHS has identified two Title IX Coordinators who receive any complaints of possible sexual harassment, apply the grievance procedures that meet legal and district standards, and conduct an investigation when applicable. The Title IX Coordinators should be contacted if an individual has experienced any conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.
