We are incredibly proud to announce that MTHS’s own Hayden Klinger reached new heights this past weekend at the D6 USA Climbing Youth Divisional Championship! 🧗♂️💥
Hayden showed incredible focus and strength, placing 1st on the opening day to qualify for finals. On Sunday, he kept that momentum going, climbing strong to secure the 1st place win for the D6 U20 Male category!

Hayden is officially headed to the USA Climbing Youth National Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah! He will be representing Division 6 at the USA Climbing Training Center as he competes against the best in the country in Boulder, Lead, and Speed.
This national event isn’t just about the title—it’s the gateway to the world stage. Top performers will be selected for the Youth National Team to represent the USA at the World Climbing Youth Championship in Arco, Italy! It was an inspiring day of civic engagement, and we are so proud of these students for using their voices to represent the Metamora community.
