Join us for three days of workshops on acting, singing, dancing, audition prep, technical theatre, and more. Come and learn what is like to be a part of a MTHS production! This will be run by our production staff and current cast and crew members.
July 8-10 from 9 AM to 12 PM in our Auditorium.
Open to students in 4th through 8th Grade.
Registration (including a t-shirt) is $75. Limited spots available!

A Note from the Director:
WOW! I am amazed by the talent I saw this week for auditions for The Outsiders. I want to thank everyone who took the time to prepare for their audition and show interest in the MTHS Theatre Department. We were so impressed with the talent and number of students who auditioned - almost 70. If you do not see your name on this list, please do not be discouraged. We had to make many difficult decisions based on the amount of interest we had with limited roles available. Even though we were unable to cast everyone in the production, we want to encourage you to watch for more theatre opportunities at MTHS, including our annual Madrigal production (auditions on Monday) and Spring Musical, to be announced later next week! If you are interested in being a part of the TECH Crew, please stay tuned for our application available in August.
We will have our first cast meeting/read-thru on Tuesday, May 19th from 6-8 in the Auditorium.

Honors Spanish III/DC I students acted out Cervantes's Don Quijote today to remind all of us that the imagination and play make life better.
Congratulations to the National German Exam (Level 1) medals winners! These students won medals based on their percentile scores, and this year we had 11 medal winners!

What an amazing year for Student Council! 16 student-led events! We couldn't be prouder. We thank our seniors with hugs and best wishes, and loved meeting some of our new officers at the 2nd Annual Meet & Greet!
The Seal of Biliteracy means that a student has shown second language abilities in speaking, reading, listening, and writing. 9 student in Honors Spanish IV achieved this, and 15 other students received Commendations meaning they passed at least two of the four subsets. Of those 15, 14 passed three of the four subsets. This is a testament to all their hard work and tenacity. We are very proud! Our MTHS Class of 2026 seniors (and the legendary Ethan Kizer) volunteered today (their first day off of school) at the annual GH Laps for Life event to support St. Jude! Germantown students raised over $41,000 for St. Jude. Way to go GH! It is our pleasure to help in this event each year. ❤️🖤
Students in English II have enjoyed diving into one of William Shakespeare's best works, "Julius Caesar". Beware of the Idea of March! Thankfully, it is May. 😎

With months of preparation, our DC students have produced some of the best, most thought-provoking documentaries to share with their peers at our First Annual Coachella event tonight. Please give it up for our Top 10 documentaries, selected by a panel of judges.
Coachella is ON for Tuesday. Dress warm, bring blankets, and see you there! 💕🎓
